CREW CONNECT (PTY) LTD is accredited by SAMSA as a Seafarer Recruitment & Placement Service for cadets, ratings and officers, and also as an Accelerated Training Provider for deck and engine cadets.

Our founders are well-known in the industry, and, being former seafarers themselves, are fortunate to have a strong network of aspiring as well as experienced seafarers. They share a passion for developing the South African marine industry and for training and nurturing young South Africans, especially those from previously disadvantaged areas who have the interest, passion and potential to become seafarers, but whom lack the financial resources.

We combine with our NPO partners to ensure that young aspiring seafarers are inspired and nurtured throughout their studies to become highly professional seafaring officers.
